Minority Business – Minority Owned Business

The Virginia county has money, attorneys and the local press to help them in their campaign of retaliation against a small woman-owned company just because I filed a federal civil rights violation complaint with the justice department. This county even put the fact in writing that they have always denied economic development money (state, local and federal money that is supposed to help ALL businesses) to minority and/or woman owned businesses. I am looking for a direct phone number or contact information to ensure that the department of justice is aware of the situation because the county is getting more aggressive in their retaliation.
